I love to cook with my Dad. My favorite recipe is Corn Soup because my dad used to make it with my grandma Nonnie! When it is cold outside, it makes me feel warm in my tummy. It is fun and easy to make. It tastes really good. This recipe has the Pizazzz!
Receipe Menu:

Organic Wheat-Free and Dairy-Free Oatmeal Cookies


  • 3 tablespoons Spectrum Naturals Organic safflower oil
  • 1 cup Woodstock Farms Organic applesauce
  • 1 cup Woodstock Farms Organic brown sugar
  • 1 cup Woodstock Farms Organic sugar
  • 3 egg replacers
  • 2 teaspoons Simply Organic vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic oat flour
  • 1 cups Organic baking mix *(see below)
  • 1 cups Bobs Red Mill Organic dried steel-cut oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons *Rumford non-aluminum baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Simply Organic cinnamon


  • If desired you can add your favorite ingredients: 1/2 cup * Rapunzel Organic semi-sweet chocolate chips or Woodstock Farms Organic raisins. Also, if you do NOT have nut allergies you can add 1/2 cup Woodstock Farms Organic walnuts


    Prepare & Cooking Instructions

  • Hand mix wet ingredients together. Then, add dry ingredients with electric mixer. Drop with teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook for 8-10 minutes.


    Notes

  • * Rumford non-aluminum baking powder is not organic
  • * Rapunzel Organic semi-sweet chocolate chips may have traces of milk
  • * Baking Mix recipe: 6 cups Bobs Red Mill Organic white rice flour
  • 2 cups Bobs Red Mill potato starch flour
  • 1 cup Bobs Red Mill tapioca flour
  • Combine all ingredients in a large container. Store in a cool dry place. This baking mix is used in a lot of our wheat and gluten free recipes.
