Organic 2 Go guarantees our produce 100%. If the produce is not to the customers satisfaction we will replace it upon the next delivery at no charge. All products are shipped within 7-10 days and can only be replaced if damaged upon delivery.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you through email and you can have a full refund. If the customer desires they can wait for the item to be in stock. The wait period will not exceed two weeks. If the out of stock item does not ship within the two week period the customers money will be refunded.
